A hearty thank you goes out to everyone who helped celebrate Catchfire Media’s launch on Tuesday at Jasper Winery in downtown Des Moines. We had a great time chatting with local and regional business leaders, publishers, politicians, and even a handful of the social media movers and shakers who make Des Moines’ online community engaging.
It is hard to upstage the sharp lines and modern, semi-industrial feel that make Jasper Winery’s building one of the hidden architectural gems of Des Moines, but we certainly tried by projecting a presentation built on the Prezi platform at the event.

Thank you for your feedback, Zoli. Our team had a lot of fun learning how to use Prezi. We are looking forward to using this platform for more presentations in the future, especially incorporating the video feature. We didn’t include any videos in this Prezi because the purpose was to have it projected on a big screen at our launch party as an interesting background. We should definitely keep in touch, especially as you are thinking about which features might be useful additions to the platform.
